Ana-Maria Boghean is Deputy Coordinator of the International Platform of Francophone Youth Networks, a privileged interlocutor for the International Organization of La Francophonie, but also for other international institutions. She has participated in numerous youth representation events, including the Youth Forum of United Nations Economic and Social Council in New York (ECOSOC) and the 54th session of the UN Commission on Social Development.
At the age of 11, she organized the first greening campaign in the park in her childhood town, along with her colleagues from the ecology club of the Paşcani Children’s Palace. She discovers she has the gift of gathering people around an idea and convincing them that together it’s easier to make a change for the better. This is how she started collaborating with several non-governmental organizations, being convinced that the world is changing only with our will and our efforts.
Ana-Maria has also a multidisciplinary background, and she is currently pursuing a Master in Public Management at HEC Liège Management School – University of Liège and the Superior School of La Francophonie for Administration and Management.
