After a degree in international law of Jean Moulin University in Lyon and currently completing a Master degree in Rebuilding States in post war and post conflictual situations of the University of Aix-Marseille, Julian joins the PATRIR’s team in March as a researcher assistant within the Syria country program. Having a background on Constitutional law, comparative law and European and international Human rights law, Julian has working with the post war and post conflictual situations of Myanmar, Sri-Lanka, South Africa, Yemen, Colombia and Syria.
As an active member of the Syria Country Program, Julian has been working on Good governance and idealizing propositions for a future transition and reconstruction in Syria.
